An error [-5001 : 0x80070002] ha occurred while running the setup 오류 해결방법

원인 : 원본파일 손상 또는 참조파일 오류

 

해결방법 : 

  • 시작 => 실행 => services.msc 입력 후 엔터
  •  Automatic Updates 클릭 후 중지
  • Click the Start Orb->All Programs->Accessories, then open Command Prompt.
  • 시작 => 실행 => CMD 입력 후 엔터  cd %windir% 이동
  •   ren SoftwareDistribution SDTemp 입력 후 엔터
  • 시작 => 실행 => services.msc 입력 후 엔터
  •  Automatic Updates 클릭 후 실행
  • 혹 안되시면 가상메모리가 부족하여 다운로드시 파일이 일부 잘렸을 가능성이 있습니다.
  • 탐색기의 드라이브를 선택하여 속성을 들어가서 디스크 정리를 한번 해주어야 합니다.
