햇볕과 접촉하면 살이 검게 타는 이유는 멜라닌 때문
멜라닌 세포는 우리 피부의 표피와 진피의 사이에 있는 기저층이라는 곳에 존재하며

자외선이 우리 피부에 와 닿게 되면 피부의 방어작용으로 인해 멜라노 사이트에서

멜라닌을 표피층으로 뿜어 올리게 됩니다.

그리고 그 멜라닌이 바로 검은 빛을 띠고 있기 때문에 피부가 검게 그을린 것처럼 보이는 것이죠.

멜라닌이 뿜어져나오는 이유는 멜라닌이 우리피부로 들어오는 자외선을 흡수해서

자외선이 피부조직을 망가뜨리는것을 방어해 주는 역할을 하는 것입니다.

이러한 이유 때문에 많은 양의 햇빛에 노출되면 더욱 검게 되는 것이지요.

자외선의 양이 많아지면 그만큼 멜라닌도 많이 생성되는 것이죠.

그리고 생성된 멜라닌은 각질에 붙어 각질과 함께 탈락이 됩니다.

그렇기 때문에 시간이 지나면 자연스럽게 피부색은 원래대로 돌아오게 됩니다.

자외선 복사의 종류
태양은 광범위한 파장을 가진 빛 에너지를 방출한다. 가시광선의 파란색이나 보라색 광선보다 더 짧은 파장을 가진 자외선 복사는 살갗을 태우고 건강에 해로운 영향을 준다. 성층권에 존재하는 오존층은 대부분의 해로운 자외선이 지구상의 생명체에 도달하는 것을 막아준다. 그러나 성층권의 오존층이 얇아지면 지표에 도달하는 자외선 복사량이 증가한다.

과학자들은 UV-C, UV-B, UV-A 세 가지 종류로 UV 복사를 분류했다. 성층권 오존층은 이러한 종류의 UV를 모두 흡수하는 것이 아니라 일부분을 흡수한다.

1) UV-A (320~400nm) : 오존층에 흡수되지 않는다. 파장영역이 0.32~0.40㎛에 해당하는 자외선 UV-A 는 UV-B에 비하여 에너지량이 적지만 피부를 그을릴 수 있다. 피부를 태우는 주역은 UV-B이지만 UV-A는 피부를 벌겋게 만들 뿐 아니라 피부 면역 체계에 작용하여 피부 노화에 따른 장기적 피부 손상을 일으킬 수 있다. 최근에는 UV-A 노출 시간이 피부를 글을릴 정도로 길어지면 피부암 발생의 위험이 UV-B의 경우와 같아진다는 연구 결과가 보고되기도 하였다. 자외선이 인체에 도달하면 표피층 아래로 흡수되는데, 이 해로운 광선에서 피부를 보호하기 위하여 인체 면역 작용이 발동한다. 그 예로 일부 세포는 자외선에 노출될 때 멜라닌이란 검은 색소를 생성하는데 그것이 자외선의 일부를 흡수한다. 따라서, 백인종과 같이 멜라닌을 적게 생성하는 사람은 UV-B에 대한 자연적 보호막도 적은 셈이다.

2) UV-B (280~320nm) : 대부분은 오존층에 흡수되지만, 일부는 지표면에 도달한다. 지구에 극소량이 도달하는 UV-B는 파장영역이 0.28~0.32㎛에 해당하는 자외선이다. UV-B는 동물체의 피부를 태우고 피부 조직을 뚫고 들어가며 때로는 피부암을 일으키는데, 피부암 발생의 원인은 대부분 태양 광선의 노출 및 UV-B와 관련이 있다. 또, UV-B는 피부에서 프로비타민 D를 활성화시켜 인체에 필수적인 비타민 D로 전환시킨다.

3) UV-C (100~280nm) : 오존층에 완전히 흡수된다. 파장영역이 0.20~0.29㎛인 자외선 중 UV-C는 염색체 변이를 일으키가 단세포 유기물을 죽이며, 눈의 각막을 해치는 등 생명체에 해로운 영향을 미친다. 다행히 UV-C로 알려진 이 범위의 자외선은 성층권의 오존에 의해 거의 모두 흡수된다.

자외선 복사 강도는 많은 요인들에 의해 좌우된다.

자외선에 대한 오존층의 역할
지상으로부터 약 13∼50km 사이의 성층권에 있는 오존층은 태양광선 중 자외선을 차단함으로써 사람을 비롯한 지구상의 생명체를 보호하는 역할을 하고 있다. 오존층이 파괴되어 자외선을 차단하는 능력이 떨어지게 되면 지표면에 도달하는 자외선의 양은 증가한다. 따라서 대기오염이 심해지면서 오존층을 파괴하여 오존의 양이 감소하면 지표면에 도달하는 자외선의 양이 증가하여 사람에 좋지 않은 영향을 주게 된다.

자외선과 피부

태양광선은 우리 눈으로 볼 수 있는 광선(가시광선)을 중심으로 자외선과 적외선으로 분류한다. 태양광선은 파동과 입자의 양쪽 성질을 가지고 있다. 파장으로 설명하자면 가시광선보다 파장이 짧은 것을 자외선(UV; Ultraviolet light), 가시광선보다 파장이 긴 것을 적외선이라고 하는데, 모두 눈에는 보이지 않지만 적외선은 열감으로 느낄 수 있다. 자외선은 A, B, C로 나뉘는데, 그중 생물에 유해한 자외선C는 오존층에 흡수되어 지표에까지 도달하지 않으며, 인간의 피부에 영향을 끼치는 것은 자외선A와 자외선B이다.

태양광선의 강도는 일년중 여름에 가장 강하고, 하루 가운데는 오전11시∼오후2시경 사이가 가장 강하다. 정오경에 지구상에 도달하는 자외선의 광량은 자외선B의 경우 많은 양이 차단되므로 자외선A가 100배 정도 많다. 그러나 동일한 광량에서 자외선A와 자외선B의 홍반을 초래하는 강도의 비는 1대1000이므로 실제로 정오에 태양광선에 노출되어 홍반을 초래하는 경우는 자외선A 광량이 10% 정도 기여하게 된다.

자외선A는 피부 깊숙한 진피까지 침투하여 피부색을 검게 하고 주름을 발생시킨다.
멜라닌의 증가를 유발하며 과다노출시 탄력섬유와 교원섬유의 변성으로 피부노화를 촉진시킨다. 또 자외선B는 주로 피부의 표피에 작용하며 과다노출시 일광화상을 입힐 수 있고,만성적으로 자외선B에 노출되면 피부암의 발생가능성이 높아진다. 그리고 자외선C는 생체에 치명적인 손상을 초래하는 파장이지만 다행히 오존층에 의해 모두 차단된다. 그러나 최근 오존층을 파괴하는 여러 가지 물질의 증가로 인해 지구상의 오존층이 점차 감소하고 있다. 이러한 오존층의 파괴는 지표에 도달하는 자외선량을 증가시키며, 이 자외선량의 증가는 피부암의 발생을 증가시키고 광노화를 촉진시킨다.

그밖에 적외선에 의해 피부온도가 45℃까지 올라가면 피부화상을 입게되며 특히 0.1초동안 20W/㎠에 노출되면 망막화상도 입게 된다

자외선에 의한 피부반응은 크게 급성반응과 만성반응으로 나눌 수 있다. 급성 피부반응으로는 일광화상과 같은 홍반반응이나 색소침착 등을 초래한다. 만성 피부반응으로는 진피층의 일광변성을 비롯한 광노화와 광발암 현상을 유발할 수 있다. 그외 가시광선으로 인한 장애로는 조명과잉에 의한 증상이 나타나고, 적외선에 의해 피부온도가 45℃까지 올라가면 피부는 화상을 입게 되며, 특히 0.1초 동안 20W/㎠의 적외선에 노출되면 망막에 화상을 입게 된다.

해수욕장에서의 무분별한 선탠이나 피부관리실에서 피부를 검게 그을리는 것은 피부노화 촉진 또는 피부암 발생의 요인이 될 수도 있다

자외선이 조사(照射)되면 피부에서는 2가지 형태의 색소침착이 일어난다. 그중 하나는 즉시 색소침착(Immediate pigment darkening)으로 자외선 조사후 즉시 색소침착을 나타내는 것을 말하며 주로 자외선A와 가시광선의 조사로 나타난다. 가벼운 경우에는 자외선 조사후 30분내에 소실되기 시작하여 3∼8시간 후에는 완전히 소실되지만 자외선A 조사량이 증가하는 경우에는 1∼2시간에 최고에 달해 3∼24시간에 걸쳐 서서히 감소한다. 또다른 하나는 지연 색소침착으로 자외선 조사후에 갈색 또는 검은색의 색소침착을 일으키는 것을 말하며 주로 자외선B에 의해 발생하고 대개 조사후 72시간 후에 나타난다.

한편 선탠(SUN TAN)이라는 것은 피부가 자외선으로부터 스스로를 보호하기 위해 표피의 기저층에 있는 멜라닌세포를 자극하여 멜라닌색소를 추가적으로 생성하는 과정으로 일종의 자외선에 의한 피부보호 현상이다. 선탠은 자연상태에서는 태양광선을 쪼여 나타나지만 최근에는 미용적으로 피부를 검게 보이기 위하여 피부관리실에서 인공선탠기에 의한 조사로 많이 행해진다. 그런데 수영장이나 해수욕장에서의 무분별한 선탠이나 피부관리실의 태닝부스(Tanning Booth)에서 피부를 검게 그을리는 행위는 피부의 노화를 촉진하고 피부암 발생의 요인이 될 수 있으므로 하지 않는 것이 좋다.

자외선차단제는 주로 일광차단제로서 도포하는 경우 자외선B에 의한 일광화상은 방지하도록 해주지만 자외선A의 침투는 막지 못한다

자외선차단제란 일정한 피부부위에 특수한 물질을 도포함으로써 자외선차단 효과를 나타내는 제제를 말하는데, 자외선의 차단효과는 자외선차단지수(SPF; Sun Protection Factor)라는 단위를 사용하여 그 제품의 차단정도를 표기한다. 이 차단지수는 FDA(미국식품의약품안전청)의 공식에 의해 계산되는데, 자외선차단제를 바르지 않은 상태에서의 자외선B의 최소홍반량(MED)과 자외선차단제를 바른 후의 자외선B의 최소홍반량의 비를 나타내는 말이다.

즉 자연상태의 피부가 자외선을 차단하는 정도에 대한 배수로서, 자외선차단지수의 수치가 높으면 높을수록 햇빛을 보다 잘 차단하는 것을 의미하지만 가능하면 높은 수치의 자외선차단제를 선택하라는 것은 아니다. 왜냐하면 자외선차단지수의 수치가 높을수록 효과는 좋지만 피부에 대한 착용감이 나빠지고, 부작용 또한 높아질 수 있기 때문이다. 사람이 하루종일 야외에서 노출할 수 있는 자외선의 양은 최소홍반량의 15배 정도이기 때문에 정상인에서는 자외선차단지수가 15 정도면 충분하다. 이러한 자외선차단제의 효과는 3시간 정도 지속되므로 그 이상 일광에 노출시에는 반복적으로 도포하여야 한다. 광과민성 질환이 있는 경우에 예방적 목적으로 사용하는 경우에는 자외선차단지수가 25 이상인 자외선차단제를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

자외선차단제는 그 작용기전에 따라 크게 화학적인 차단제와 물리적인 차단제의 두 종류로 나눌 수 있다. 화학적인 차단제는 태양광선 에너지를 분자내에 잡아둠으로써 자외선을 흡수하여 차단효과를 나타내는 물질을 말하며 PABA 유도체와 cinamate 유도체, 살리실산 유도체, benzophenones, anthranilates 등이 여기에 속한다. 화학적인 차단제는 민감한 피부에서 자극성 접촉피부염을 잘 일으킨다는 단점이 있는데, 대부분의 상품화된 자외선차단제에는 화학적인 차단물질이 주된 구성성분이므로 높은 수치의 자외선차단지수는 바람직하지 못하다고 볼 수 있다. 한편 물리적인 차단제는 자외선을 반사하고 분산시키는 물리적 성질을 가진 물질로서 아연산화물, 티타늄이산화물, 철산화물, 마그네슘산화물 등이 있다. 이들은 차단효과가 좋은 반면 미용적으로 적절하지 못하다는 단점이 있다.

현재 사용중인 자외선차단제는 주로 자외선B를 차단하는 일광차단제로서 이것을 도포하는 경우 자외선B에 의한 일광화상은 방지하도록 해주지만 자외선A의 침투는 막지 못한다. 최근 보고에 따르면 자외선A 또한 장시간 노출될 경우 피부노화나 피부암을 일으킬 수 있다고 알려져 있으므로 자외선 차단제를 고를 때는 가능하면 자외선A의 차단효과를 확인하는 것이 좋다. 그러나 불행하게도 상품화된 자외선 차단제의 표지에 적혀져 있는 자외선차단지수는 자외선B에 대한 차단효과이지 자외선A에 대한 차단효과는 아니다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 최근에는 자외선차단지수보다 전문가들은 자외선A의 차단효과를 나타내는 Protection Factor for UVA(PFA)를 사용하자고 제안해오고 있다.

자외선 차단제에 의해 발생되는 가장 흔한 부작용은 알레르기성 접촉피부염보다는 단순한 자극성 접촉피부염이 많다. 그러나 이들 부작용들은 모두 화학적인 차단제에 의해 발생되고 물리적인 차단제는 이러한 반응을 일으키지 않는다. 일반적으로 자외선은 기온과 반사량에 의해 흡수되는 정도가 다르며 주위의 온도가 높으면 더 잘 흡수되는 경향이 있다.

일광화상은 자외선B에의 과다노출이 원인이며 24시간후 최대에 이르고 중증일 때는 홍반과 수포가 형성되고 통증이나 부종이 동반된다

일광화상(SUNBURN)은 자외선B에의 과다노출이 원인이며, 급성기에는 일광 노출부위에 4∼8시간 후에
홍반과 가려움증이 나타나 24시간후 최대에 이르게 되고 3∼5일 경과후 색소침착을 남기고 서서히 소실된다. 중증일 때는 홍반 이외에도 수포가 형성되고 통증이나 부종이 동반된다.
심하면 머리가 멍하고 오심, 구토, 쇼크가 일어날 수도 있다. 회복기에는 피부가 새까맣게 되었다가 허물이 벗겨지기도 한다. 흰색피부, 주근깨가 많은 사람, 파란색 눈동자의 경우가 검은색 피부, 주근깨가 적은 사람, 검은색 눈동자의 경우보다 태양에 의한 피부민감도가 크다.

발적과 통증만 있는 1도화상인 경우에는 자가치료 가능하나, 수포가 생긴 경우에는 2도화상 이상으로 볼 수 있어 의사의 진료를 받아야 한다

일반적인 대증요법 위주의 치료를 시행한다. 예방이 최선의 방책이라 할 수 있으며 발적과 통증만 있는 1도화상의 경우에는 자가치료가 가능하다. 냉수, Burrow액, 찬우유, 0.3% 백반용액 냉찜질을 하거나 전신적인 경우 20분씩 3∼4회 전신목욕을 한다. 오일을 바르면 증상이 다소 완화되며 콜드크림 등의 피부연화제가 피부의 건조와 홍반을 억제할 수 있다. 만일 화상부위에 통증이 계속되면 아스피린과 같은 진통소염제를 복용한다. 수포가 생긴 경우에는 2도이상의 화상으로 볼 수 있다. 이때는 수포를 일부러 터뜨리지 않도록 하고 1도화상에서와 같은 응급처치후 의사의 진료를 받는 것이 좋다.

국소스테로이드제제는 홍반을 어느 정도 억제하지만 상피손상을 감소시키지는 못한다. menthol이나 camphor와 복합처방되어 있는 냉각제는 일시적으로 증상경감 효과가 있으므로 수차례 사용할 수 있다.

항히스타민제를 투여하면 진정작용을 일으켜 증상이 다소 경감된다. 전해질을 보급하고 진통제를 복용하는 것도 권장된다. 화농되고 전신증상이 나타나는 중증 일광화상에는 스테로이드제제를 고용량 투여해도 이미 생긴 화상에 영향을 주지 못한다. 또한 중증의 일광화상의 경우 입원치료가 요구되며 일반적인 열에 의한 화상때와 같은 치료를 받아야 한다.

자외선이 가장 많은 때는 4∼9월경과 하루중 오전10∼오후2시경이며, 햇볕에 노출되기 10∼15분전에 자외선차단지수 15이상의 일광차단제를 2∼3시간마다 발라준다

자외선의 강도는 계절, 날씨, 지형상의 위치, 고도, 받는 부위에 따라 차이가 있다. 일년 중에 자외선 양이 가장 많은 시기는 4∼9월경까지이고 하지 때가 최고점이다. 하루중에서 오전10시∼오후2시경까지가 가장 강하다. 특히 해변의 모래사장, 바다, 스키장 등에서는 직사광선 이외에도 물이나 눈에 반사되는 광선으로 인해 실제로 피부에 닿는 자외선 양은 훨씬 증가한다.

설면이나 수면 같은 경우 빛의 반사율이 거의 80∼100%에 달하므로 이러한 곳에서는 직사되는 광선이 거의 2배가 되는 셈이다. 따라서 스키장이나 바닷가 등에 나갈 때에는 직사광선뿐 아니라 반사광선에도 신경을 써서 피부손상을 최대한 막는 것이 좋다. 자외선 노출이 심한 시간(오전10시∼오후2시)에는 외출을 삼가하며 그늘을 충분히 활용하고 챙이 넓은 모자, 긴소매셔츠와 바지, 진한색(초록, 노랑, 빨강, 검정)의 옷을 착용한다. 그리고 햇볕에 노출되기 10∼15분 전에 자외선차단지수 15이상의 일광차단제를 2∼3시간마다 발라준다.

노화의 90%는 태양광선에 의해 일어나므로 태양광선이 강렬한 오전10시∼오후3시까지는 외출을 삼가는 것이 좋다. 피치 못할 사정이 있는 경우 자외선차단제의 도포로 자외선을 차단하는 것이 중요하고, 구름이 자외선을 차단하지 못하므로 흐린 날에도 자외선차단제는 반드시 사용되어야 한다. 썬글라스는 자외선 차단효과가 있는 렌즈인가를 확인한 후 사용해야 하며, 모자나 의복으로 몸을 가리고, 효과를 극대화하기 위해 햇볕에 노출되기 15∼30분 전에 자외선차단제를 바르며, 바른지 3시간이 지나거나 수영 및 격렬한 운동 후에 다시한번 발라주는 것이 좋다.

악성코드의 역할은 아닙니다만 시스템 환경에 프로그램 상으로 어떠한 문제가 발생할 경우

이러한 증상이 많이 나타납니다.

광랜 설치 이후 컴퓨터가 꺼지는 현상

기타 통신사교체 이후 컴퓨터가 꺼지는 현상이 잦은경우

XP에서 dumprep 0 -k로 인한 시스템 재부팅현상

비정상적인 종료와 같은 문제가 발생할때 커널 메모리를 덤프하기 위해서 실행하는 명령으로

시스템이 예상치 못하게 재부팅되는 현상이 자주 발생할 경우 Startup 어플리케이션

항목을 찾아보면 KernelFaultCheck라는 항목이 들어가 있을 것입니다.

제어판 > 시스템 > 고급 탭 > 시작 및 복구 의 설정(T)버튼 클릭하여 창이 뜨면 편집버튼을 클릭하여

오류보고를 사용안함으로 변경해주면 됩니다.

가끔씩 시스템청소를 해줄필요가 있다.

I'm in the process of building a web-site. The script i've written for registering an account send an e-mail to a user specified e-mail address containing instructions for account activation. My problem is that the e-mails wont send. I know this is something to do with smtp and mailservers. My knowledge in this particular area is minimal however, and i simply cannot find any competent documentation, explaining what i need to do, anywhere.

For some reason when I include words such as "free" or "winner" the mail does not send to any of the addresses - it just seems to disappear in space. Upgrading from earlier versions?

부팅시마다 체크디스크 실행되는 경우 설정방법

윈도우를 비정상적으로 종료하거나 하드디스크에 문제가 있을때 부팅시 체크디스크가 실행됩니다.

그리고 보통 체크디스크를 마친후 다음 부팅시에는 체크디스크 실행없이 정상적으로 부팅되지요.

그런데 요새 부팅시마다 체크디스크가 실행되는 사례들이 빈번하게 발생됩니다.

이유는,

컴퓨터 부팅할 때마다 자꾸 체크디스크가 실행이 된다면

'dirty'가 설정되어 있을 가능성이 높습니다.

'시작'버튼-'실행'에서 'cmd' 입력후 나타나는 도스 커맨드 창에

'fsutil dirty query d:'를 입력하여 d:가 dirty 설정되었는지 확인할 수 있습니다.

만일, 설정되었다면 '<dirty>' 가뜨고, 설정되지 않았으면 '<not dirty>'가 나타납니다.

설정되었을 경우 해제방법은 커맨드 창에 'chkdsk d: /f /r /x'를 입력,

재부팅해보면 체크디스크가 실행되지 않고 바로부팅됩니다.

Disclaimer: Not tested/experimented enough! .
Standalone download : kjlproc.dll
kjlproc.dll contains only one function : KJLPList() and is fast enough!
kjlproc.dll is sized at 52 Kb .. That is big for a single function, but it saves me many lines of confusion!
The DLL is freeware but I find the license confusing: Software License.txt

The retrieval of the "Process list" as a single string involves only 4 lines:

GetGuiResources maybe used with Titan's Process Listing solution ( also available in AHK Documentation) to determine whether a process is GUI based. 정리
1. 윈도우 시작 프로그램 레지스트리(HKLM\...\run)의 하부 키들을 하나씩 읽어온다.
2. 키값의 문자열중 *QDOWN*이 존재하는지 확인한다.
3. 2의 조건을 만족한다면 해당 키를 삭제한다.
4. 1로 돌아가 다음 키를 읽는다.
